How IMPACT protects your organization
Authenticated access
Every user signs in to access IMPACT. Sessions are managed securely, and passwords are stored only in hashed form — never as readable text.
Invitation-only accounts
There is no public self-signup. Accounts are created by invitation from an authorized administrator, using single-use, time-limited invitation links.
Role-based permissions
Roles such as Owner, Admin, Safety Officer, HR, Payroll, Management, Dispatcher, Driver, and Read-only set a baseline of access, with per-user access controls layered on top.
Organization data separation
Each organization’s data is kept separate, and that separation is enforced on the server — not just in the interface.
Account disable & session revocation
Administrators can disable an account at any time, which also revokes that user’s active sessions.
Audit & activity logging
Administrative and sensitive actions are recorded in an activity log so organizations can review who did what, and when.
Private document storage
Uploaded documents and photos are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
Encrypted connections & modern hosting
All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and the platform is hosted on modern cloud infrastructure.
